The Pearson 303, designed by William Shaw, is a comfortable, and solidly built family cruiser with shoal (4' 4") draft, Yanmar diesel engine, and wheel steering.  It features a remarkably spacious interior with berths for five.

DREAM ON was built in 1982 as a 1983 model.  She bears a 1983 hull number.  She has had good care and features a new dodger (2018), bimini (2020), roller-furling, newer sails, hot and cold pressurized water, shower, GPS/chartplotter, newer Raymarine i50 Tridata (knot/log/depth/water temperature), Raymarine i60 analog apparent windspeed/direction indicator, both instruments mounted on pods at helm, Magma propane barbecue grille, and automatic engine fire suppression system (2018).   DREAM ON is on a mooring in Marion, MA.  Her sellers desire a quick sale.

Accommodations

Sleeps five. V berth forward.  Enclosed head next aft to starboard with hot and cold pressurized water, vanity and shower. Raritan marine toilet new in 2014. A hanging locker is opposite to port.  Main cabin has settees port and starboard and a bulkhead-folding table with leaf. Galley is aft to port, quarterberth opposite to starboard. Green fabric covered V berth cushions. Blue fabric covered main cabin cushions. Curtains, rug.

Galley

The Galley features an Origo 4000 stainless steel non-pressurized alcohol two-burner stove, stainless steel sink (with new fixture 2021) with hot and cold pressurized water, and an icebox.  The icebox is fitted with a Sea Frost engine-driven coldplate refrigeration system that is not currently operational.

Electrical

12 volt DC and 110 volt AC dockside systems.  12 volt system includes two 12 Group 27 marine batteries, battery selector switch, and breaker panel.  110 volt AC system includes a breaker panel, shore power cord, and 15 amp Guest charger/converter.

Electronics and Navigation

Garmin 210 chartplotter/GPS with card for Northeastern U.S., Standard Horizon VHF transceiver, Raymarine knotmeter/log/depth meters and apparent windspeed/apparent wind direction indicator, both mounted in pods at helm, Ritchie pedestal-mounted compass.

Hull and Deck

Skeg-mounted rudder.  Double lifelines with starboard boarding gate. Two overhead hatches, four fixed ports, four opening ports.  Stainless steel and teak transom-mounted swim ladder.

Sails and Rigging

Keel-stepped mast. Schaefer roller-furling system for headsail. DiMattia mainsail (2013?) in excellent condition with two sets of reef points, DiMattia 135% roller-furling genoa (2016?) in excellent condition. Older mainsail and jib. Two Lewmar #40 two-speed genoa sheet winches. Two mast-mounted Lewmar #16 halyard winches. Preventer.
