Sleeps four. Double berth forward, hanging locker to port, enclosed head with vanity and handheld shower to starboard (new head faucet and soap dispenser 2020). Pilothouse next aft. Main cabin with L-shaped settee to starboard which converts to form double berth, in-line galley opposite to port. Cabin heater that uses hot coolant from the engine to heat. Coleman 6727 cabin-top-mounted air conditioning unit (needs recharging).
In-line galley features 12 volt/110 volt Isotherm refrigerator, new in 2021, stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurized water, electric countertop stove.
12 volt DC and 110 volt AC dockside systems. Three Group 27 12 volt marine batteries (new in 2018), Statpower Truecharge 40+ 40 amp multistage battery charger, battery selector switch, breaker panels for both 12 volts and 110 volts, 30 amp shore power cord.
20 gallon fresh water tank. Additional 50 gallon fresh water tank used for flushing toilet. The water heater is an Eemax 2.4 KW tankless unit.
Garmin 640 GPS/chartplotter, Raymarine Smartpilot X-5 autopilot, Raymarine 53 VHF radio transceiver (2020), Raymarine ST-60 depthsounder, Vesper AIS 6000 (2017), iPad Pro for charts (buyer will need to pay for and download navigation program of choice), Ritchie Globemaster compass.
